There are some English words that I cannot translate into a single Korean word.

constantly, consistently demonstrates the same level of

trustworthiness, honesty, diligence, reliability.

you know he/she will always be there for you.

The best definition must be...

Someone who stays the same person&exhibits the same characteristics

when no one is looking.
